Dear Valued Customers
Unfortunately, the world is experiencing an unprecedented challenge with the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Carpenter Motors Vanuatu reassures you that the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We are taking proactive measures to keep everyone safe as we continue our new and used car sales, parts, service and panel operations.
Health and Safety
As the Vanuatu Government has initiated safe practices within our communities, Carpenter Motors has also implemented strict staff health and safety measures. Although there are no confirmed cases of the virus in Vanuatu yet, it is always best to take precautions to keep everyone safe.
We are limiting direct contact with customers in order to prevent any possible transmission. We now have facilities available at each department for hand washing and require our customers to wash their hands before entering our buildings for the safety of all. We have moved our customer service desks to open spaces and we would encourage all customers to follow the distancing rule of 2 meters.
Stock Availability
Although we are working hard to minimize the impacts of this crisis on our customers, there is a risk of stock delays and availability from the impact of COVID-19. This is further affected due to flight restrictions currently in place by Governments all over the world. We ask for your understanding as there will likely be delays.
